Creative Miracles
11 And God wrought special miracles by the hands of Paul.
Acts 19:11 (KJV)

CREATIVE MIRACLES
Romans 10:17 (KJV)
17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Louis Segond - 17 So faith comes from what we hear, and what we hear comes from the word of Christ.
As the Lord spoke to me one time about this verse, “ Hearing faith is where faith comes from.” I knew what He was talking to me about. He was saying to me that hearing the Word of God on any subject will bring faith to you for that subject.
Before there is any manifestation of God there needs to be teaching on it.
As Carol Joy and I were praying for Vichy and for your church we kept praying out the words creative miracles. creative miracles, creative miracles, creative miracles.
The Difference Between Miracles and Creative Miracles
Is there a difference between miracles and creative miracles? Yes there is.
Floating axe head - 6 Kings chapter 6:1-7
When the axe head floated in 6 Kings chapter 6:1-7 it was a miracle but it was not a creative miracle. Because all of the elements of the miracle already existed. The water and the axe head were already in existence.
Peters nets filled up with fish - John 21:1-14, Luke 5:1-11
When Peters nets filled up with fish after he fished all night that was a miracle but it was not a creative miracle because all the fish were already there in the sea, the fish just had to move into the right position.
The Lame Man Healed at the Pool of Bethesda - John 5:1-15
In John chapter 5 when an angel came down from heaven and trolled the waters and the first person to get into the waters was healed. This is a miracle but it was not a creative miracle. Because angels were already in existence and so was the water in the pool of Bethesda.
A creative miracle actually occurs when something is created in nature or in the human body.
Now when God made the world in the beginning that was a creative miracle. Because the Hebrew old testament said in Genesis chapter 1 that God created the world out of nothing. The world did not exist before God spoke.
When a creative miracle takes place in the human body something is created like a kidney or an arm in some cases, or you were born in a deformed state like with a twisted leg, or you had surgically removed or you body was so badly mutilated, dismembered, disfigured or lacerated in an accident that it would take a creative miracle restore the body. Such as bones being shattered in some kind of accident.
RAISE YOUR HANDS IF YOU HEARD TEACHING ON CREATIVE MIRACLES BEFORE.
So just giving you this understanding of creative miracles, by the show of your raising your hands, how many of you have heard of a sermon totally devoted to the subject of creative miracles?
So is it any wonder that we are not seeing more of them? What did we say? How does faith come? By hearing. If we have never heard anything about creative miracles then naturally we are not going to see them. But you will not be able to say that after tonight.
Angela Keeton Testimony
I remember Angela Keeton was praying one day in Prague in the Czech Republic and had a spiritual vision. In that vision she was taken into heaven and I saw a room of body parts. It was a room full of arms, legs, and organs of the human body were just hanging on the walls. She said it was like going into a department store and seeing clothes hanging on the wall, but this time it was body parts. For along time she was reluctant to share this vision with anyone because she thought people would think she was making up a story or that she was crazy. But then she began to hear other ministers who had similar visions of this room in heaven.
This is The Time For Creative Miracles
I am convinced it is time for miracles of a creative nature to take place. An increase of more and more creative miracles until they are widespread in the body of Christ. Why would we want to se more creative miracles? To get the attention of this nation.
What happened in Egypt? God sent a series of creative miracles to get the attention of that nation and set God’s people free. God’s creative miracles turned the circumstances in that nation completely around and I believe it will do the same thing for this nation.
I have heard of reports of creative miracles taking place today. People that have had surgery and had metal plates and screws put in their bodies, the metal plates and screws disappearing. People growing missing fingers and toes. Organs in the body being replaced on the inside of bodies. This is only the tip of the iceberg of what God wants to do.
There was a minister who traveled down to Brazil and held some prayer and healing meetings. Some parents brought up their 10 year old child to receive prayer. The child was 10 years old but never grew past the age of a 4 year old. The minister laid his hands on the child and nothing seemed to happen. The parents and the child went home. The next morning the child woke up and had grown 6 inches overnight. Now that is creative miracle.
I have prayed for people over the years who had serious heart conditions. Some of these people were in need of a new heart, a heart transplant or they would die. As I prayed for a few of these individuals I knew in my heart that angels were present in the room delivering these people new body parts. They felt much better after prayer and even the pale skin color that was on their faces before I prayed for them became normal. They received a brand new hearts and organs that day without having any surgery. The doctors examination and x-rays proved they had received new hearts. These were creative miracles. This is God at work confirming His promise to us.
This is barely scratching the surface of what God wants to do for us. God wants to do more miracles today.
The World needs to see Jesus
For the world to see the reality of Jesus we need to the kind of miracle that is described in Acts 4:16. This is where Peter and John raised up the man through the power of God at the gate called beautiful. The religious leaders said could not deny the fact a notable and creative miracle took place in Jerusalem and everyone saw it. Everyone saw the reality that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that He is alive!
Acts 4:16
16 …“For it is manifest to all the inhabitants of Jerusalem that a reported (reported, notable, creative) miracle has been performed by them (Peter and John), and we cannot deny it.”
The creative miracle here was so real and so many people saw the miracle that CNN and all the other news channels could not deny it really happened.
This man at the gate called beautiful was known through out the whole city for his body being crippled from birth. The bible says he’s was crippled in his mothers womb.
I want to see people who are know for their afflictions. Imagine if Stevie Wonder or Andrea Bocelli who are blind received their sight? It would be a creative miracle that whole world would know about.
(Acts 3:2) The result of that creative miracle of the cripple man was that 5,000 people gave their lives to Jesus Christ. (Acts 4:4) That is the results of a creative miracles will bring. Many salvations.
God wants to perform miracles so astounding that even critics and atheists will have to admit that God is real. Whether these people want to accept God or not that will be their personal choice. But they will have to admit there is something to this creative miracle. I see millions and millions of people accepting Jesus as a result of creative miracles. Not one or two people, but I mean people everywhere receiving Jesus.
I am extremely convinced that creative miracles are our equipment as the church to bring in the last days harvest. Why? Because they bring great attention to Jesus and Glory to God. Creative miracles will turn atheists into evangelists.
Imagine a crowd of people watching as a down syndrome child be instantly made normal. It their body and in their mind right in front of a group of people. I am convinced we will see it. Where people in the last days have Alzheimer's disease, a form of dementia, and suddenly restored to their right mind. Where people who have missing arms and legs in their body instantly grow out from their body in front of everybody. Like I said that will turn an atheist into an evangelist.
How Many Creative Miracles Are In the Bible?
As I began to study this subject I thought there would be at the most 2 or 3 creative miracles in the ministry of Jesus and probably none in the ministry of the early church. But I was wrong. As I studied the scriptures I was amazed. Jesus ministry was filled with creative miracles. In fact Jesus started His ministry and ended His ministry with a creative miracle as we will see here in just a moment.
Let’s take a little journey though the new testament to see creative miracles that took place in the ministry of Jesus and in the early church.
Jesus First Creative Miracle
It is interesting to see that in Jesus ministry on this earth that the first and last miracle He performed were creative miracles. The water turned into wine in John chapter 2 and the healing of Malchus’s ear in Luke 22.
Let’s begin in John Chapter 2 with the first miracle that Jesus ever performed and it was a creative miracle. That was turning water into wine. It was at a wedding feast. It appears that Jesus mother Mary had something to do with organizing the wedding feast, maybe for a relative, because when the servants had no more wine to serve they came to Mary. And when Mary heard there was no more wine to be served she came to Jesus. At first glance at this scripture it looks like Jesus rebuked His mother, because Mary told Jesus that the servants do not have any more wine to be served. Jesus said to her, “What does that have to do with me? My time has not yet come.”
Some people think that Mary was forcing Jesus to do something that was out of the will of God. If that was true then Jesus would have sinned and we know that is not true. I believe Jesus was saying, “I am going to do the miracle, but I am going to do it in God’s time, not yours.” Because a few minutes later Jesus performed the miracle.
In verse 5 we see a real important key to creative miracles.
His mother said to the servants, “Whatever He says to you, do it.” (John 2:5)
This is a big key to seeing a miracle take place. Whatever God says to you do it.
Lets continue with verse 6:
6 Now there were six stone waterpots set there for the Jewish custom of purification, containing twenty or thirty gallons each. 7 Jesus *said to them, “Fill the waterpots with water.” So they filled them up to the brim.
Notice that Jesus never touched the water pots or the water. This was a creative miracle by the spoken word.
8 And He *said to them, “Draw some out now and take it to the headwaiter.” So they took it to him. 9 When the headwaiter tasted the water which had become wine, and did not know where it came from (but the servants who had drawn the water knew), the headwaiter *called the bridegroom, 10 and *said to him, “Every man serves the good wine first, and when the people have drunk freely, then he serves the poorer wine; but you have kept the good (best, beautiful) wine until now.”
The greek word here for “good”, as in good wine, is the greek word kalos which means, “the beautiful and the best.” This wine that was created was the best wine and was a very beautiful wine. That sounds like something God would make doesn’t it.
Jesus didn’t just change water into wine but He changed water into the absolute best wine!
We know that wine making is a process. It takes time to plant the vines, grow the grapes, harvest the grapes, clean the grapes, crush and press the grapes, then the wine goes through a fermentation process, clarification and filtering process, then it is bottled and ready for the aging process.
It takes time to make the best wines. A good wine may take a few years to age before you drink it. The best wines can take 10 to 20 years to age to have the best flavor. Wine making is a process. This a creative miracle. The servants took water and poured the water out making it into the best wine, this is a creative miracle.
God made a beautiful wine like the famous wines of France: Domaine De La Romanee Conti, Château Lafite Rothschild, Châteauneuf-du-Pape for the wedding feast from water. That is a creative miracle.
In Matthew 15, we see different categories of creative miracles performed by Jesus.
Matthew 15:30-31 (KJV)
30 And great multitudes came unto him, having with them those that were lame, blind, dumb, maimed (crippled), and many others, and cast them down at Jesus' feet; and he healed them:
31 Insomuch that the multitude wondered (marveled, in awe, amazed, in wonder), when they saw the dumb to speak, the maimed (crippled) to be whole, the lame to walk, and the blind to see: and they glorified the God of Israel.
It mentions here that people were lame and crippled, the word cripples here in the greek is kyllos (kool-los’) which means the word (maimed) mutilé, disabled. This means that people needed to drag themselves along on the ground to get to Jesus or they were brought to Jesus on a hand cart, horse or a mule. This word means someone was missing a body part.
This word (maimed) mutilé is the same word in Mark 9:43 when Jesus said if your right hand offend you cut it off rather than having two hands.
Mark 9:43 (KJV)
43 If your hand causes you to fall, cut it off; it is better for you to enter life a cripple,
44 than to have two hands and go to hell, to the fire that never goes out.
We had some Polish missionaries go to the Ukraine to minister the Gospel in 1999. We went and prayed for a man in a wheel chair that was missing legs. Unexpectedly when they prayed for the man his legs, his legs grew instantly out. Everyone who saw it was shocked. He now had legs and today is walking. This is a creative miracle.
We need to be teaching on this subject of creative miracles to build our faith for the impossible becoming possible.
So the bible says that this crowd of people in Matthew 15 that came to Jesus were missing body parts. The people (multitude) watching these creative miracles happen were completely astonished. They were surprised that anything like creative miracles could ever happen.
Let’s read this verse again:
Matthew 15:30-31 (KJV)
30 And great multitudes came unto him, having with them those that were lame, blind, dumb, maimed (crippled), and many others, and cast them down at Jesus' feet; and he healed them:
31 Insomuch that the multitude wondered (marveled, in awe, amazed, in wonder), when they saw the dumb to speak, the maimed (crippled) to be whole, the lame to walk, and the blind to see: and they glorified the God of Israel.
The people, the multitude were amazed and in awe by the power of God in operation through Jesus Christ.
LET’S PREACH IT HOT! LET’S GIVE THE WORLD GOD’S BEST! EVERYTHING OFF THE TOP SHELVE!
These same creative miracles will happen today!
Hebrews 13:8 (NKJV)
8 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
Romanian Woman and 4 New Fingers
I just heard a story of an evangelist who went to Romania to hold a crusade and preach the message of Jesus Christ. A lot of people came to the first meeting but no one came forward to receive Jesus Christ as their savior. So he prayed for the sick. A woman came on the platform missing four fingers on one hand. He said, “I prayed for the woman and it didn’t look like nothing had happened.” He then concluded the meeting. The next night of the meetings the woman came back to the meeting and she had four new fingers on her hand. He brought her on the platform to show what Jesus had done for this woman and four thousand people gave their lives to Jesus Christ as a result of that miracle.
Creative miracles are happening today. The devil does not want us to know that miracles are happening today.
The greatest lie of the devil is that miracles happen in other countries, or in the jungles in Africa but not here in this country, in this city and in this church. That is a lie because God never changes. The devil tell the same lies everywhere. He is probably telling the people in the Jungles of Africa that those miracles only happen in Brazil or France. Because people in this nation are so rich and prosperous and spiritual. The devil is a lier. Creative miracles happen right here in this nation.
Creative miracles are for us today. Right now at this moment because God is here! God is with you right now! Receive your miracle today from Jesus Christ.
Let’s look at another creative miracle in the ministry of Jesus:
Mark 3:1-5 - Louis Segond
3 Jesus entered the synagogue again. There was a man with a withered hand.
This word withered is the greek word xēros (strongs 3584). It means to be dried up, like a land with no water, to be wasted away, in a shrunken state, to become hard and to become stiff and solid.
This is the same word Jesus used in Matthew 13:1-23 when He talked about the farmer planted the seed.
Matthew 13:1-23
5 Some fell on rocky places, where it did not have much soil. It sprang up quickly, because the soil was shallow. 6 But when the sun came up, the plants were scorched, and they (dried up) withered because they had no root.
Have you ever seen a withered plant? This is what this mans withered hand looked like, a dried up plant.
Lets keep reading:
Mark 3: 2-5 (KJV)
2 They were watching Jesus to see if he would heal him on the Sabbath, so that they could accuse him.
3 Then Jesus said to the man with the withered hand, "Stand up there in the middle.
4 Then he said to them, "Is it lawful on the Sabbath to do good or to do evil, to save a person or to kill him? But they remained silent.
5 Then, turning his eyes on them with indignation, and at the same time grieved at the hardening of their hearts, he said to the man: Stretch out your hand. He stretched it out, and his hand was healed (restored to its original condition).
This mans hand was dried up and looked like a birds foot and all of a sudden it stretches out, fills up with blood and it is a perfectly normal hand. A creative miracle.
The Man Born Blind
In John 9 we read about a man that was born blind. All of his life he was not able to see. His eyes were black. There was no life in his eyes and he was not able to see any form of light. But this was about to change, a creative miracle was about to take place in his life.
John 9 (NKJV)
A Man Born Blind Receives Sight
1 Now as Jesus passed by, He saw a man who was blind from birth.
6 When He had said these things, He spat on the ground and made clay with the saliva; and He anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay. 7 And He said to him, “Go, wash in the pool of Siloam” (which is translated, Sent). So he went and washed, and came back seeing.
Jesus made clay to put on the mans eyes. What is the significance of Jesus making clay? Jesus was doing the same thing his Father did in the garden of Eden in the book of Genesis. God created the first man by molding him out of the clay of the earth. Jesus apparently did the same thing with the blind man by making clay and putting it in his eyes. This could mean that something could have been missing in the mans eyes or maybe he didn’t have an one of his eyes and Jesus created one.
I recently heard of a missionary woman who went to the country of Peru. She was having a healing crusade and a man was in the healing line that was missing his eye. He didn’t have one of his eyes. As she was praying for the man a creative miracle happened. Those who witnessed it said it was like the work of an artist. First a round white ball was formed inside the missing eye. Then like someone was using a pen to draw on the mans eyeball, an iris was sketched and outlined on the eyeball. Then the pupil, the center of the eye, was sketched on the eye. Then the pupil of the eye was filled in with color and as soon as it was filled in with color the man began to scream, “I can see, I can see, I can see.” A creative miracle took place. Our Father God, Our Creator created an eye for this man.
Supernatural Feeding of 5,000 and 4,000 People
Jesus feeding the 4,000 and 5,000 people in the new testament were two separate and distinct creative miracles of provision.
The focus of these particular creative miracles was not on the healing of peoples bodies, but in the immediate need of nourishment for their physical bodies.
In Matthew chapter 14, it shows us how Jesus supernaturally fed 5,000 Jewish Hebrews, God’s people who were suppose to know God. And in Matthew chapter 15, it shows us how Jesus supernaturally fed 4,000 Gentiles, people who did not know God. Two supernatural amazing acts of God’s love to the world.
It took a creative miracle to multiply the bread and the fish, because we know all this happened from a little boys lunch. We know he was not caring enough around to feed 4000 people. And then they had food left over. Creative miracles are for us today!
The Restoration of the Leper
Luke 17:12 (KJV)
12 And as he entered into a certain village, there met him ten men that were lepers, which stood afar off:
13 And they lifted up their voices, and said, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us.
14 And when he saw them, he said unto them, Go shew yourselves unto the priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went, they were cleansed. purified/ stopped at that point - lererasy is a terrible disease eats of nose, lips, fingersand toes.
15 And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God,
16 And fell down on his face at his feet, giving him thanks: and he was a Samaritan.
17 And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine?
18 There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger. (Jesus now is saying you came back, you came back, you are thankful and gave God all the Glory and it was your faith that made you whole)
19 And he said unto him, Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole. (Saved you)
The meaning of the greek word here in verse 19 means to be saved and to be restored to the original condition. This man’s body was completely restored to the original condition God created it to be.
Jesus told the man, “Your faith brought to you the creative miracle that you needed and saved your life.” Jesus is saying your own faith it important and has a lot to do with you receiving the creative miracle that you need today.
100 Lepers Healed
A man named Dr. Ward went into a leper colony in the Bahamas. He saw lepers there that were suffering. The government allowed him to command and pray for the lepers if they would come out of the building. He prayed for 56 that lepers day. When he finished praying for the 56 knew there could be more lepers to sick to come out of their building so he just said, “If there are more lepers that need to be healed, Lord heal them also.” There were 100 lepers total in the colony and they were all healed. The government closed the leper colony and it was never opened again! Creative miracles are for us today!
3 Times Jesus Raised People From the Dead
There are three times in the new testament where we see Jesus, raising people from the dead. The three people were Lazarus, Jairus’ daughter and the son of the widow at Nain.
It takes a creative miracle to raise someone from the dead because brain cells have been destroyed or degenerated, organs have been degenerated,
It takes a creative miracle to replace death with life of God. Death terminates the life of a persons body. Death is the opposite of life and yet God loves to give His life in order that people will live to fulfill the plan of God on their lives.
A Child Brought Back To Life
Carol Joy and I were assisting and teaching in a bible school in Poland. We were involved in helping train the students in the bible school. Some of our students saw the dead raised.
A few of our students from were driving back home together from being at bible school one day. On the way home they saw a terrible car accident. As they were driving by the accident one of the students saw a person in a body bag being carried to an ambulance. One of the students immediately jumped out of the car ran over to the body bag and commanded the person to live. It was a child in that body bag that was brought back to live. Creative miracles are for us today!
The Final Creative Miracle in Jesus Ministry
The final creative miracle that took place in Jesus earthly ministry was in the garden of Gethsemane. Jesus was praying with His disciples in the garden and Judas arrives with the leading priests, the soldiers who guarded the Temple, and the elders to arrest Jesus.
When Peter saw what was happening he took his sword and cut the servant of the Jewish High Priest Caiaphas right ear off. I believe Peter was aiming for his head and the servant moved sideways and his ear was cut off instead.
Let’s read the account:
Luke 22:49-51 (Segond)
49 When those who were with Jesus saw what was about to happen, they said, "Lord, shall we strike with the sword?
50 And one of them (Peter) struck the servant of the high priest, and took off his right ear.
51 But Jesus answered and said, "Let it be, stop it! And touching the man's ear, he healed him.
The greek word touched is the word that means to >> attach and to fasten to ( d'attacher et de fixer à) . Jesus reached down, picked up Marcus ear and put it back on the side of his head. Jesus reattached the ear that was cut off by a sword. This was a creative miracle.
Peter removed Malcus’s whole right ear with a sword. His ear was off. Again I would like to say I believe Peter was aiming to cut off something larger than the servants ear, probably his head, but missed and got his ear instead. I am not sure if Jesus reached down and picked the ear up off the ground, brushed off the dirt and put it back on Malcus or if Jesus just created a new one. either way what Jesus did a was creative miracle.
Are there more creative miracles in the New Testament?
Was Jesus the only one to operate in creative miracles in the new testament?
Did the early church continue to operate in creative miracles? Yes, they did.
Acts 5:14-16 (KJV)
14 And believers were the more added to the Lord, multitudes both of men and women.)
15 Insomuch that they brought forth the sick into the streets, and laid them on beds and couches, that at the least the shadow of Peter passing by might overshadow some of them.
16 There came also a multitude out of the cities round about unto Jerusalem, bringing sick folks, and them which were vexed with unclean spirits: and they were healed every one.
Jerusalem was not a small city during this time. Historians say that Jerusalem had a population over 600,000 people and there were a multitude of sick people in the city streets because of the lack of medical care. Many people that needed creative miracles were brought out into the city streets of Jerusalem. This bible scripture also says that other cities from around about Jerusalem brought their sick to Jerusalem to be healed. So their streets were full of sick people needing creative miracles and it says here all the people were being healed.
Acts 5:16 (KJV)
16 There came also a multitude out of the cities round about unto Jerusalem, bringing sick folks, and them which were vexed with unclean spirits: and they were healed every one.
Now, let me ask you a strong question. Is the Holy Spirit lier? No.
Did the Holy Spirit inspire Luke to write the book of Acts? Yes.
Would the Holy Spirit exaggerate? No.
If these people weren't 100% healed, the Holy Spirit would not have mentioned that they were all healed. But hear the Holy Spirit says they were all healed. 100% of the people were healed.
Also, an interesting note in this Bible scripture is that all the Greek verbs in this Bible scripture are all in the continuous tense. Meaning, this didn't just happen one time. It was happening again, and again, and again, and again, and again. Multitudes of people in the street all being healed. Multitudes, more coming, all being healed.
That means the early church was seeing 100% results in the healing ministry. Do you think we are going to get back there doing the works of Jesus like the early church before Jesus comes? Absolutely!
Creative miracles are for us today!
Jesus is not coming back for a wimpy church that is hiding in caves. Jesus is coming back for a glorious church. And that means a church filled with His Glory.
So anything I see in the book of Acts I see it coming to past 10 times as much in these last days.
We see James asking the church in James 5:14, “Is there any sick among you?”
James 5:14-16 (KJV)
14 Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:
15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up.
In that day and time it was very unusual to see a sick believer in the church. He was asking this question to the church because it was a rarity to see sickness and disease in the church. And if there were any sick or diseased people in the church, the elders would pray, and those sick or diseased people would be healed. There was no doubt present in the New Testament church. There only existed an atmosphere of faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. When people walked in the church, they had every confidence that they would be healed. The believers faith was high in the Lord Jesus Christ, and they were not afraid to use Jesus name and walk boldly, in everything that Jesus purchased for them.
This should be seeing the same thing in our churches today. It should be a rare thing to see sickness and disease in our believers, in our church. When people see the churches are full of believers and they don't get sick. People will want to come into our churches and get healed. People are going to want what we have, the health of Jesus Christ alive and well in our bodies.
It is already happening to a small degree in our churches today and it is only going to increase. We know it is possible to have healthy churches, Jesus gave us His health, so we know it is possible.
In the New Testament, we also see creative miracles when Peter raised Dorcas from the dead (Acts 9:36-43), And Paul raised Eutychus, a man that fell out of a window when he was preaching, from the dead (Acts 20:7-12).
We see the power of God working by the hands of Paul In Acts Chapter 19:
Acts 19:8-11 (KJV)
8 And he went into the synagogue, and spake boldly for the space of three months, disputing and persuading the things concerning the kingdom of God.
9 But when divers were hardened, and believed not, but spake evil of that way before the multitude, he departed from them, and separated the disciples, disputing daily in the school of one Tyrannus. (Paul started a bible school)
10 And this continued by the space of two years; so that all they which dwelt in Asia heard the word of the Lord Jesus, both Jews and Greeks.
These verses of scripture state that the whole region of Asia was reached. Over 1 million people Paul and the school reached in a two year period with the message of Jesus Christ, without social media, no printed material, no television or any modern transportation. It doesn’t say that they that heard the message all believed, but they all had the opportunity to believe.
I believe we see the key to such fast growth and outreach into the world:
11 And God wrought special miracles by the hands of Paul.
This phrase special miracles doesn’t appear anywhere else in the bible not even in the Ministry of Jesus. We are not able to find this terminology anywhere else but in this verse. This Greek word is used for creativity.
Rick Renner a Greek and Hebrew Bible scholar states “special miracles” in Acts 19:11 this way:
“This was the Greek word is used for creativity. God was performing extraordinary miracles. It indicates a continuous and almost an unending flow of creative miracles.”
This was a great reason why Paul and others with him were able to reach such a vast region of territory. Creative miracles.
If creative miracles could help the early church reach multitudes of people in their day don’t you think creative miracles could help us reach multitudes of people for Jesus Christ in our day? Yes, Yes, yes!
In conclusion
So we see that Jesus operated in creative miracles, the early church operated in creative miracles, I have shared some testimonies of modern day creative miracles, So where does that leave you and me today?
Jesus talked about this modern day we are living in today. He talked about this day, today, would be the day that believers, like you and I would walk and operate with Him in the power and the anointing of creative miracles.
John 14:12 (KJV)
12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He (whoever) that believeth on me (that’s you), the works that I do shall he (you) do also; and greater works than these shall he (You) do; because I go unto my Father.
Jesus is challenging us today to take a big step up. To start operating in creative miracles. Creative miracles are part of our DNA as believers. Jesus is calling us to do the works. We are called to do it. We are destined to do it.
The apostle Paul and all the other believers we talked about today are just like us. They are all children of God doing the works of Jesus for Jesus.
But just like anything in the bible, we have our part. There is always a man-ward part and a Godward part for every miracle. We are going to be actively believing Him for creative miracles.
People need to hear this message so they can have faith for it. So I have been feeding your faith for creative miracles. I am endeavoring to encourage you to believe God for creative miracles and not just in church but out in your own life, workplace and family. There are so many people outside these walls and you are going to have to go out and reach them,
If you would just believe and let a few creative miracles take place, your church will fill up.
I believe this is one of the greatest tools we have to bring in a harvest of souls. Don’t let this message go by you. Don’t just listen to it, act upon the words, God is speaking to us today. This message is for believers everywhere. We are God’s Kids.
This is barely scratching the surface of what God wants to do for us. God wants to do more miracles today.
Lets go to work for our Father God and bring more of His Kids into the kingdom.
Creative miracles are for us today!
We are serious about you.
Contacts us, we want to pray for you. God has a great things ahead for you.
