Teaching the Bible - from the Word of God.
This will not take anything away from what the doctors are telling you right now - and if you have to ask me if you need to go to the doctor you probably should. Get yourself checked out and take these principles to receive your healing.
GOD WOULD’NT HURT HIS SERVANT JOB (VS 3)
Job 2:3 - 7
3 God wouldn’t hurt Job (VS 3)
7 “So went Satan forth from the presence of the LORD, and smote Job with sore boils from the sole of his foot unto his crown.” —- Who did it? Satan did it.
According to Job 2:7, it is clear that the devil did it; he made Job sick. Who did it? Satan did it.
The Bible says, 2 Corinthians 13:1 (KJV) By the mouth of two or three witnesses every word shall be established.
(LETS BUILD UP EVIDENCE)
Psalm 41:8 (AMPC) 8 An evil disease, say they, is poured out upon him and cleaves fast to him (HOLDS HIM DOWN); and now that he is bedfast, he will not rise up again.
New International Version calls it “a vile disease.”
Psalms says - Sickness is vile, it is evil - God is not involved with anything that is evil. Certainly not.
This thing on my life—is it bad or good?”
We can know because of Gods love to us! That’s why He gave us the Bible. That’s why He gave us the Holy Spirit. He’s not trying to hide things from us. God wants us to know plainly and clearly. If it’s good, receive it. If it’s evil, resist it. He wants us to be crystal clear on what’s good and what’s evil.
In Luke 13, a woman was bent over for 18 years and couldn’t straighten herself up. Jesus laid His hands on her, and immediately she straightened up and glorified God. Nothing is said about her glorifying God those 18 years that she was stooped over. But as soon as she was loosed and straightened up, it says that she glorified God.
Luke 13:16 (NKJV)
16 So ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan has bound (NCV HELD) —think of it—for eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the Sabbath?” Jesus, the Head of the Church, Who knows what He’s talking about, calls this woman’s physical problem “satanic bondage.” Doesn’t he? I accept that. Sickness Is of the Devil - you were created not to get sickness and disease. How about another witness?
Acts 10:38 (NKJV)
38 how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.
Did Jesus ever do any evil? Of course not. He only did good, and what was part of the good He was doing?
I’m telling you, God hates this stuff. He hates disease. Now, don’t feel bad if you’ve got some symptoms or problems in your body;; don’t go that direction with it. You just need to know what to resist and what to receive, and you must be crystal clear that God’s not wanting you to yield to this or to have this. This is not something that’s pleasing Him on any level. When God made man, He made man spectacular. What does all this mean? It means you have every right to stand against it. You have every right to resist it, and to say, “No, I don’t have to yield to this because it is not the will of God for me.”
Say this out loud:
Sickness is not the will of God for me.
Disease will never be God’s will for me.
It cannot be. Healing is His will for me.
Just remember you have God and you can be healed because of your relationship with God and your knowledge of the word of God.
Jesus said, “Hold tightly to what you have until I come” (Revelation 2:25).
How do you hold tightly to your healing? When the enemy comes at you with symptoms of sickness, you can’t crawl up in the bed and whine, “Why does this always happen to me?” Instead, stomp your foot and say, “Glory be to God, this body is off limits to you, Satan. I refuse to allow you to put that foul thing on my body after Jesus has already taken it for me. So, you might as well pack it up and go home right now!” It won’t always be easy—you have to make an effort. You have to stand for it, and fight the good fight of faith. But don’t let that scare you. It’s a fight you can win. You can win because Jesus gave you everything you need
Matthew 8:17 (ERV)
17 So Jesus (AND HIS LIFE) made clear the full meaning of what Isaiah the prophet said: “He took away our diseases and carried away our sicknesses.”He took your sickness and gave you His health. He took every defeat and gave you His victory in its place.
